Homemade Salt & Vinegar Chips

Ingredients:

- 2-3 medium russet potatoes

- 2 cups white vinegar

- 2 cups water

- Sea salt to taste



Directions:

1. Slice the potatoes into thin slices.

2. Soak the sliced potatoes in water for an hour in the fridge. This step makes the potatoes extra crunchy.

3. In a pot, combine water, vinegar, and sliced potatoes. Bring it to a boil.

4. Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes.

5. Spray the potatoes with avocado oil spray. Then, air fry them at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until they’re golden brown. You can also bake them at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

6. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!
