Pork Mustard Vinegar Sauce

Ingredients:

- 2 cups ketchup

- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard

- 1/2 cup dark beer

- 11/2 tsp hot red pepper flakes

- 1 tsp ground black pepper

- 1 tsp sugar

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1/2 tsp coarse salt


Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.

2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 6 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

3. The sauce should be tangy and flavorful.

4. Brush the sauce over your pork and smoke it.

5. Apply every 45 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
